At Kaviani & Asociados, we combine in-depth knowledge of Spanish law with a strong international perspective. The firm is led by Mitra Kaviani, a lawyer registered with the Malaga Bar Association (ICAMA) with over twenty years of continuous professional practice on the Costa del Sol.

Born in Heidelberg, Germany, and raised in a multicultural environment spanning Europe and the Middle East, Mitra began her career driven by a strong passion for languages and the law. After qualifying at the Munich Academy for Translators and Interpreters, she settled in Spain in 1991 to co-found—alongside German lawyer Karl Norbisrath—one of Marbella’s first leading international legal consultancies.

Her solid academic background—holding a Law degree from UNED—combined with absolute fluency in Spanish, English, German, French, and Farsi, enables her to provide direct, personal advice free from language barriers to investors and residents of diverse nationalities.
